Playing to a full house, APLN Houston conducted it's very first workshop introducing agile practices to the agile "innocent" with great success. From agile principles to product backlogs to user stories to retrospectives, participants acted as agile teams engaging in games, exercises and great discussions to better understand how agile projects work. To summarize their day, each team also created a product box highlighting their take aways. Many thanks to all our participants who gave us some great feedback on how to improve the experience for next time.
